Recipe

Red, White & Blueberry Cheese Crostini with Strawberries & Sweet Drizzle

Ingredients
  • 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 8 oz Blueberry Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze or hot honey (for drizzling)
  • Fresh basil or mint (optional, for garnish)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Step 1

Toast the crostini Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until golden and crisp.

Step 2

Add the cheese Top each crostini with a ½ oz of Blueberry Cheese. Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes, just until the cheese softens slightly.

Step 3

Top with fruit Remove from oven and immediately top with fresh strawberry slices.

Step 4

Finish & serve Drizzle with balsamic glaze for a tangy-sweet finish or hot honey for a sweet heat twist. Garnish with basil or mint if desired, and serve right away
