Recipe

Ham, Cheddar & Broccoli Quiche

  • Serves – 6-8
Ingredients
  • 1 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup asparagus, lightly steamed and chopped or cut ends and arrange on top
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half & half)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

Preheat oven Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Prepare the crust Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish or tart pan.

Step 3

Layer the filling Evenly spread diced ham, asparagus, and shredded cheddar in the bottom of the crust.

Step 4

Make the custard In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Step 5

Assemble Pour the egg mixture over the filling, making sure everything is evenly coated.

Step 6

Bake Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

Step 7

Rest & serve Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
