Recipe

Pepperoni Cheese Mini Bagel Pizzas

  • Serves – 4
Ingredients
  • 8-10 mini bagels, sliced in half
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1½–2 cups shredded Pepperoni Cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. *also works great in the air fryer, or toaster oven, adjust time and temperature accordingly.

Step 2
Toast the bagels Place bagel halves cut-side up on the baking sheet and toast for 3–5 minutes until lightly crisp.

Step 3
Build the pizzas Spread pizza sauce over each bagel half. Top generously with shredded Pepperoni Cheese and any additional toppings.

Step 4
Bake Return to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 5
Cool & serve Let cool slightly before serving.
